This luxurious and comfortable corner house was completed in July 2021, 350m from the Kreischberg ski area.
145m2 where 8 people can easily stay in 3 bedrooms with a bathroom ensuite, equipped with a spacious kitchen, a lovely sauna and 3 toilets and 4 showers. A washing machine and dryer are also available.
It is part of a small-scale Alpine "holiday resort" in the cozy holiday region of Murau-Kreischberg. The Kreischberg tourist office, a doctor and a pharmacy are also part of the mini-resort.
Within walking distance you reach can the lifts and the slopes (350m), the local bakery with fresh bread rolls (250m) and for the big appetite and severe thirst you can go to the restaurant 150m away.
The center of the friendly village of Sankt Lorenzen, with shops and restaurants (600 m), can also be easily reached on foot.
In Murau, 4 km away, you will find a wide range of shops such as Spar (2x), Lidl, Aldi, DM, Action, Intersport, etc.<br>
The local steam train stops about 70m in front of the front door.

The beds in all 3 bedrooms are all equipped with Toppers and very nice duvets.
The two 'master' bedrooms both have a 43" Philips Smart TV and reading lights with USB connection.
Prepare delicious meals
The most delicious dishes can be prepared in no time in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen.
In the kitchen are next to a Jura coffee machine, a steam oven, an induction hob with recessed plasma extractor, a fridge-freezer combination with 3 freezer drawers, a wine cabinet, Wegdwood crockery and enough pans and skillets to cook for 8 people.

Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom so no one has to wait long after a day of activities.
Relax in winter or summer
In the basement one can find the Finnish sauna with a rain shower and wash basin. In essence a fourth bathroom.

Out the door, turn left for 100m and then right for 250m. You have arrived at the Kreischberg mountain.

Golfing is also possible here on a beautiful 18-hole course, located against the mountain.
